Last week I wrote about Lucy having some problems with her liver. The Vet gave her meds. The first dose made her thirsty and she didn’t eat a whole lot. The second dose made her throw up. I called the vet, she told me to find her Milk Thistle and give her that. So since I couldn’t find any pet rated locally, I got some liquid Milk Thistle from GNC. It’s alcohol free unlike some of the pet supplements I found online. It seems to be helping. I don’t know what her liver numbers are of course, but she is eating better. She actually cleaned her bowl yesterday. I was proud.
With another school term about to start (BOOOO!) I figured I should tell you about my grades from last term. For Discrete Mathematics and Statistics, my final grade was a 98.02%. I only went to class a couple of times. Mostly because I was stuck and looking for guidance. The instructor was okay. But he was long-winded and boring like watching paint dry. He wouldn’t ever teach you what you wanted to know so you’d have to wait until the end of class to ask questions to get the guidance you wanted. Otherwise, all was good.
I also took an Environmental Science lab course. Since I’d already taken Environmental Science all I needed was the lab course. The lab course was easy. The requirements were 1 lab report a week, which is why I chose to take it last term. I knew the work load was lighter. Anyway, I got a 100%.
Friday I get access to my next two classes. I don’t want to go back, but I have to. I find my biggest challenge in life are pushing myself to do the things that I don’t want to do. It’s no secret that I hate school. Always have, always will. So it takes an effort to keep pushing forward. I just know what is waiting for me at the end and I don’t want to give up on that.
That’s it for now. I’ve got some things to do. See y’all tomorrow!
