Water

Brookside Gardens has a number of water features. They are very relaxing. They have this gorgeous deep blue vase that they turned into a water feature. I tried to get the perfect picture of this fountain, but none of my photos do it justice. I couldn’t get it in focus it seems so every photo came out a little blurry. I’m going to post them anyway. (I should have used auto-focus on the fountains because my eye couldn’t get past the shiny nature of the water to focus on it)

It didn’t help that people kept walking into the frame.

They had a few fountains hidden in water gardens.  This was my favorite one.

Inside the Rose garden sits a fountain.  I believe it is the Zen garden (I’m probably wrong).  It is gorgeous.  Again… my photos do not do it justice.  DSC_0088 Inside this grouping of trees there is a very unique water feature.

The water comes down and it sounds like rain.  I sat on the bench for a minute, closed my eyes, and just listened to the water.  It was soothing.  This photo does not do it justice.  This sculpture turned water feature looked like it was textured metal.  It was gorgeous.

So that’s it for today!  There are more photos of the Brookside Gardens to come, some good, some bad, and some just okay.  I will still share them though, good, bad, or indifferent.  It’s how I strive to get better lol.  BFN!
