4.1

SchooldaysTomorrow is the first day of the new semester.  I’m not happy.  However I am rested.  I got to unwind a bit during my week off.  It was great.  Read a couple of books, actually I’m still reading the second one, I’ll finish it tonight.

I have no idea which class I have tomorrow, honestly I’m too lazy to look at the schedule, however I do know I have class on Monday and Wednesday night this semester, with an additional class that I will be taking online :(.  I’m not happy about the online class but it is necessary.  I need at least one class that can log my presence and keep me from being dropped from class while we are moving.

This semester I am taking Linux Admin, Network Infrastructure, and English Comp 1.  For my on campus classes I will have the same teacher for both.  She knows that I am moving and that I will be missing some classes, so she has said that she will provide me with the work I’ll be missing on the first week of class so that I can have them done long before I leave.  That way I may miss the days, and any class activity, but I won’t miss my homework or quizzes.  So that is a very good thing.

I will log in tomorrow for the first time as well and have a look at what I am expected to do for my English Comp class.  Hopefully it won’t be too heavy a work load, especially towards the end.  Odds are I am going to have to work ahead, at least a week a head on this class in order to not miss any work.  I don’t know how long it will take us to get settled, or what kind of connectivity I will have to the internet.  I also have to notify my teacher of my move and my need for a little flexibility for at least a week.  It should only take me a couple of days to do the drive, but we haven’t decided if we will look at houses before hand or once we are on the ground.

This semester might be an interesting one, especially towards the end.  Keep your fingers crossed for me that it will at least be a quietly interesting one.  BFN!
